At Alchemiest Honey, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not accept returns for food safety reasons, we do offer refunds or replacements in certain cases as outlined below.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the perishable nature of honey, all products sold are non-returnable. Once delivered, items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund or Replacement Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:You received the wrong product. The product was damaged or leaking upon arrival. The package was never delivered.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic proof (if applicable).
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Include the following in your email:

- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product/packaging (if applicable)
Refund Process
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
For replacements, a new product will be dispatched within 2–3 business days of approval.
